One of our core strengths is our ability to provide clients with much needed insight and perspective on a wide range of business-related issues. We know it can be lonely at the top and we also know that leaders need the support and candid feedback of a trusted advisor. Often our clients need an external sounding board to discuss business strategy or sensitive issues or to “think out loud” about an approach to a challenging situation or complex problem. We help our clients to gain perspective and clarity needed to take action and to remove impediments to their success.

Using our interdisciplinary approach we work alongside your developing leaders to coach and provide them with the feedback they need to accelerate their maturation as leaders. We work with executive management to make sure that these developing leaders are exposed to opportunities that will broaden their perspectives and increase their leadership capacity. We’re like a personal trainer. We don’t do the exercise for them but motivate and challenge them to do the work they need to do to become stronger, more effective leaders.

Progress Review Facilitation

Execution requires focus, fortitude, and commitment from everyone on the team and it starts at the top. This is where the leadership team turns vision into reality. We routinely facilitate meetings with ownership teams and leadership teams to discuss the progress on business and strategic plans and to assess how well the leadership team and the organization are executing the plan.

In these meetings tough questions are asked and answered. Are plans being driven from the top of the organization? Have desired outcomes and expectations been clearly communicated, achieved, and measured? Have appropriate resources been allocated to achieve desired outcomes? Are front-line associates properly empowered to accomplish desired results?

During these meetings we also address conflicts that, if left unchecked, might impede the ability to accomplish the plan or the growth of the organization or the effectiveness of the leadership team.
